What is Required to Become I-CAR Gold Class Certified?
I-CAR identifies 4 crucial roles within a Collision Repair Shop, and each role progresses in certification from ProLevel 1 to ProLevel 2, and eventually to the top certification - ProLevel 3. The 4 roles requiring certification are Estimator, Structural Technician, Non-Structural Technician, and Refinish Technician. To achieve Gold Class Certification, our team members must reach ProLevel 2 certification in all 4 roles.
